Cannot recommend Victor at Ivy Jewellers enough. I wanted to find a jeweller that could take my engagement ring ideas and make it happen. Victor did exactly that and my now fiancée absolutely adores the ring.
I loved the fact you get to see the workshop when you visit and all the amazing pieces they have made and are making at the time.
Victor worked to my budget and timescales, super easy and relaxed. Will be recommending to any friends who are looking for bespoke jewellery in the future. I’m sure I’ll be going back!

We had an absolutely exceptional experience working with Victor at Ivy Jewellers on my engagement ring. From the very beginning, Victor made sure we felt completely comfortable and truly listened to what we wanted.
He worked closely with us to create a bespoke design that reflected our vision perfectly. Victor was incredibly respectful of our budget and still managed to deliver something that exceeded all expectations.
What really stood out was his professionalism and the way he explained everything so clearly — from materials to design options — giving us confidence in every choice we made.

Beautiful design and craftmanship
Ines and Victor designed an engagement ring and diamond necklace for me. Ines understood my vision for the two pieces instantly. I loved her hands on approach to designing it together, giving advice on how to ensure the pieces would be suited to what I needed, as well as beautiful. This included different options of design so the engagement ring was comfortable and lasted as long as possible. This stood out compared to other Jewellers I visited. Whilst creating the pieces, Ines was very accommodating to ensuring I was happy with the final results and making tweaks. I would highly recommend Ivy Jewellers, and hope to work with Ines and Victor again
Simply put, Victor and his team make exquisite things. The entire process at Ivy Jewellers involves you completely in the creation of a piece which is yours and yours alone, from exchanging initial ideas and inspiration to the selection of the precious stones, right through to the tiniest detail of the final ring. His knowledge of gems is exceptional; as well as finding you an extraordinary diamond (or sapphire, or emerald), Victor understands exactly how to release its brilliance through meticulous design and craftsmanship. As a Director of De Beers’ Diamond Trading Company for 5 years, I regularly commissioned Victor to make some wonderful diamond jewellery, from red carpet pieces to the engagement rings of my closest friends. Every jewel that leaves his bench is unique, a future heirloom - made with care to be given with love. As your own private jeweller, I could not recommend him more highly.
Victor has been making jewellery for a range of my clients for more than 15 years. After being recommended to Victor by a friend, I met with him at his workshop in Hatton Gardens and we got along like a house on fire. Not only did he make me laugh but he was clearly an expert in his field and a genuinely lovely guy. I immediately commissioned him for a bespoke solitaire platinum engagement ring for my wife-to-be. The end result was exactly what I was hoping for and more - with a great price to match. Did the wife-to-be deserve such a splendid piece of jewellery? Only time will tell. Regardless, that was 7 years ago and ever since, I have not hesitated to recommend him to countless friends who Victor has since helped and who have been more than delighted with their end pieces. The unworthy wife and I were equally delighted with the beautiful wedding bands and her stunning eternity ring, all of which Victor created from scratch. Like me, I’m sure you’ve had friends ask you for recommendations from time to time - a nice local restaurant, a reliable plumber, a Netflix show you binged on. Sometimes these recommendations don’t always land well with your friends. Well listen to me when I say that Victor, his work and his team are one of those recommendations that never disappoint. Victor, I tip my hat to you sir. Thank you for making my wife smile whenever she looks at her fingers. She may not be worthy of your gems, but then again, who is?
Ivy Jewellers came highly recommended to us by a friend, he told us if you needed handmade jewellery they were the best around. From the initial meeting with Victor, he really took his time to understand what we wanted and what was achievable. His experience was very apparent and knowledge of designing the ring was exceptional. Also as a family business - the experience was very personal and friendly. Buying an expensive ring can be intimidating (especially an engagement ring!) and when you don't know what you are talking about! He took his time working on details of the ring, and listening to other design features we liked from other styles. The end result was just incredible, the engagement ring was simply breathtaking. The finish is exceptional, you know it's been handmade and she gets so many compliments. I've been back to Ivy Jewellers to design & make 3 more pieces and always recommended them to friends and family - not just for incredible jewellery, but a personable and very caring service.
Victor and his team are charming helpful and really amazing I had a solitaire diamond which I wanted reset on a ring the result was beautiful. I am waiting for Covid-19 restrictions to ease as I am looking forward to see Victor to create a new engagement ring I would not consider anyone else to create my beautiful ring.
