This Privacy Policy applies to the Ivy Jewellers LTD trading as Ivy Jewellers LTD owned and operated WEBSITES (“Sites”). ivyjewellers.com trading as Ivy Jewellers LTD (“Ivy Jewellers”,” “we,” or “us”) knows that you care how information about you is used and shared. When you purchase a product from us, we collect your full name, salutation, email address, date of birth, the full invoicing and/or delivery address(es) that you provide us with, your login credentials and, if you are purchasing a ring, your finger size. All sensitive payment data collected on our Site is used only for the purpose of completing the transaction. All credit card related data will be handled confidentially and will not be used for any other purpose or divulged to any other parties not connected to this transaction.

Fraud checks. Ivy Jewellers actively undertakes measures to prevent fraud taking place on our website and to ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent. As such during the transaction process you will be prompted through the use of C VV and other security measures to verify that you are the valid card holder. Therefore we may validate your name, address and any other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting our Service terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks, personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information to confirm your identity (a credit check is not performed and your credit rating will be unaffected).

When you register for a customer account but do not make a purchase, we may collect some personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, salutation, email address and login credentials, that you choose to give us when you fill in the registration form on our Site.

When you order a ring sizer tool from us, we collect your name, salutation, email address, full postal address and telephone number.

When you subscribe to our email newsletter via the form on our website, we initially collect your name, email address and salutation, and any further information you later choose to give to us via our email preferences form, such as your surname, city of residence and date of birth.

We use the information that we collect to operate and maintain our Sites and Ivy Jewellers services, to respond to your questions and concerns, and to send you marketing communications. We may very occasionally send you special seasonal promotions by text message.

3. How you can access, control or delete your personal data that we have collected:

If you are a customer of Ivy Jewellers LTD, you can review, correct, update or delete inaccuracies to your password and billing information (which you have given us and Ivy Jewellers keeps on file) simply by logging into your customer account.

Our email platforms. We send our email newsletters through third party email platforms, which act only as data processors in respect of your information. This means that we, Ivy Jewellers LTD, use the platforms to send emails to our customers, and thus, we remain the controller of your personal data, meaning that all emailed requests to unsubscribe or to have your details removed, amended or deleted should be sent to us at info@ivyjewellers.com. You can also unsubscribe from our email newsletters by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every promotional email message we send. Financing applications. If you apply to purchase jewellery through the third party financing offered via our website, then please note that Ivy Jewellers LTD will only forward any personal data (that you supply and consent to giving) to the third party financing entity, and from that moment onwards Ivy Jewellers LTD will not control or hold on to said data. Payment options. Debit and credit cards are accepted. The desired payment method can be discussed and confirmed following the initial consultation in the workshop.

Insurance quote applications. If you apply for a jewellery insurance quote from a third party insurance provider via our website, please note that we will only pass on the personal data that you supply and consent to giving to the third party, and from that moment onwards Ivy Jewellers will not control or hold on to said data. We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties, such as our email platform providers or our web designers, to help them understand the usage patterns for our Sites.
